Description

The onsite earthquake early warning system BHU WARN, developed by SHRI consists of three sensors with one data acquisition system namely BHU DAS 01. It works on the principle of absolute strong ground motion exceeding at least three sensor sites with an interstation spacing of at least one wavelength of predominant strong ground motion expected at a place or appropriate distance for reducing cultural noise.  BHU WARN consists of three tri-axial accelerometers
